Teresa has specific expertise in working with groups particularly those that wish to make more sense of the dilemmas facing them. Teams or whole divisions of an organisation, community groups or open workshops can benefit from dialogue processes.

Teresa has been involved in mediating between communities such as groups of Israelis and Palestinians in the Middle East, working with bicultiural issues in Aotearoa New Zealand, community involvement in environmental and building design and with organisational change.
